Question 1

Where do you provide detailing?

Accepted Answer

We cover Buckinghamshire and the surrounding areas, including Aylesbury, High Wycombe, Amersham, Tring, Wendover, Beaconsfield, Milton Keynes and nearby villages. If you're just outside, get in touch — we'll do our best to help.

Question 2

Do you come to my home?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We're fully mobile and detail your vehicle at your home or workplace, wherever there's safe, legal space to work around the car.

Question 3

How long does a detail take?

Accepted Answer

Essential takes around 2–3 hours, Executive 4–6 hours and Elite is usually a full day. We never rush a vehicle to hit a time slot.

Question 4

What do I need to provide?

Accepted Answer

Access to the vehicle, enough space to work around it, and an outdoor tap and power socket we can reach. Everything else — products, machines and equipment — we bring with us.

Question 5

Do you need access to water or electricity?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We work from your water and electricity, so please make sure an outdoor tap and a power socket are accessible on the day. If either is a problem, let us know when booking and we'll see what can be arranged.

Question 6

What types of vehicles do you detail?

Accepted Answer

Cars of all sizes, from small hatchbacks to 4x4s, 7-seaters and vans. Pricing is based on vehicle size so you always know where you stand.

Question 7

Do you offer maintenance details?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Once a vehicle has been fully detailed, a regular maintenance visit keeps it in that condition for far less time and cost.

Question 8

Can I book recurring detailing?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Many customers book fortnightly or monthly. Mention it in your booking notes and we'll arrange a schedule that suits you.

Question 9

How do I prepare my vehicle?

Accepted Answer

Please remove personal belongings, child seats if you'd like underneath cleaned, and any valuables. That's it.

Question 10

What happens if it rains?

Accepted Answer

Light rain isn't usually a problem, and interior work carries on regardless. If conditions would affect the quality of the finish we'll contact you and rearrange free of charge.

Question 11

How far in advance should I book?

Accepted Answer

We detail Friday to Sunday only, and those days book up quickest — typically one to two weeks ahead.
